Complete Financial Planning is family owned and run practice helping everyday, ordinary families and small businesses. Our mission is to provide a personal and professional service that will make a difference to people’s lives. By working with our clients we aim to help them achieve their personal and financial goals over time, by giving strategic and ongoing advice that is tailored to each individual’s needs.

 

Complete Financial Planning is a family owned and run company with its own dealers licence. It was originally established in 2003 by Colin Oliver as part of the Retire Invest Franchise. His eldest daughter Kathy joined in 2003 as Office Manager and in 2004 commenced studying to become a Financial Adviser.

In 2004, Colin decided that he wanted to branch out and get his own dealers license, which is when Complete Financial Planning Pty Ltd commenced. The Company focused on helping people preparing for retirement and those already retired. Natali Collins was later employed as Office Manager as Kathy had completed her studies and was now working as an Authorised Representative of the company. At this stage the Office was running from Colin’s home in Glen Forrest.

In 2007, Complete Financial Planning went from three employees to six and leased an office in Midland. Colin’s wife Jane retired from teaching and came to work part time as an Administration Assistant. Colin’s second eldest daughter Emma returned home from London to join the Company after already commencing her studies in Financial Planning. She completed her studies by August 2007 to become an Authorised Representative.  Natali completed her studies at the same time to also become an Authorised Representative.

With younger Financial planners on board the focus of the Company now included helping the younger generations with wealth accumulation and protection of health, wealth and income. The company still maintains a high interest in those preparing for retirement and is also focusing on protecting small businesses.

In 2010 a property was purchased in Spring Park Road Midland, which is where the company is now situated. Kathy and Emma purchased shares in the company and also became Directors in July 2010. Colin retired in July 2011 but still remains a director and a mentor for the Financial Advisers.
