Almost a decade ago now we decided it would be in our best interest to seek financial advice. Ed and I have never worried about our finances since joining Complete Financial Advice. Originally advice was given on pre-retirement planning. It was a minefield to us and was confidently and patiently handled so that Ed and I had the best outcomes possible. We did not even know what was available to us until taken under the wing by Colin Oliver at that time. Over the years as retirement became a reality our finances have always been transparent and clearly explained by Emma as she took over from her father. Each year we would sit down and have everything placed in front of us and patiently explained. Emma also made sure we had all the Government assistance that was our due. She also made sure we carried out further planning for our future by ensuring we had Enduring Power of Attorneys in place as well and Enduring Powers of Guardianship, Advanced Health Directives, Commonwealth Health Cards and wills. She helped in filling out the forms and negotiating Centrelink when needed. Whenever I have a query about anything trivial or confusing Emma is on the other end of the phone or makes the time to see me personally. As my husbands health declines she has made sure all finances are in place for me to take over. This has been necessary and so much relief to know I can trust Emma and she is there looking after me and the finances so I can be secure into the future taking into account Aged Care, housing, travel or emergencies. You have no idea what a blessing this is, knowing all is catered for in my future. As life gets more complicated I can rely on my funds getting me through. The planning and detail are exemplary.
