Complete Financial Planning is a family owned and run practice helping everyday, ordinary families and small businesses. Our mission is to provide a personal and professional service that will make a difference to people’s lives. By working with our clients we aim to help them achieve their personal and financial goals over time, by giving strategic and ongoing advice that is tailored to each individual’s needs.

Complete Financial Planning is a family owned and run company with its own dealer’s licence. It was originally established in 2003 by Colin Oliver as part of the Retire Invest Franchise with 3 employees.

His daughters Kathy and Emma joined the family business back in 2003 (Kathy) and 2007 (Emma) and have been advising clients since 2004 (Kathy) and 2007 (Emma).

In 2010 a property was purchased in Spring Park Road Midland, which is where the company is now situated. Kathy and Emma purchased shares in the company and became Directors in July 2010. Colin retired in July 2011 but remains a director and a mentor for Kathy and Emma.

The Complete Financial Planning team has grown over the years with us now having 8 members in our team.

All our new business comes from referrals by word of mouth. We are still dedicated in giving strategic and ongoing advice that is tailored to each individual’s needs.
